My journey is a little different to the ‘lose weight, get fit’ transformation story. Previously in the past I took things to the opposite extreme. I was skinny, exhausted and had an obsession with body image and being a size 6. This eventually took a toll on my health. My transformation is from being unhappy and unhealthy to being strong, confident and full of life.

Years later, I am a studio and online transformation coach. I use scientifically-proven training & nutritional phases to lose fat, gain strength and develop a positive mindset. This allows me to continuously achieve my goals. I specialise in teaching you the value and importance of Progressive Overload, training intensity and application. I believe myself to be the type of women who helps other women see that if I can do it, they sure as hell can too!
